c. Delivery: We strive to deliver products promptly, but delivery times may vary. Kona Dog Food is not liable for delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or transportation issues.

a. Quality: Kona Dog Food is committed to providing high-quality raw dog food. If a customer is dissatisfied with the product, they must contact us within 90 days of receiving the order. 

b. Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery. If there are any issues, they should notify Kona Dog Food immediately.

3. Returns and Refunds:

a. Returns: Products can be returned within 90 days of receipt if they are damaged, spoiled, or if the customer is not satisfied. 

b. Refunds: Refunds will be issued for returned products that meet the specified criteria. Kona Dog Food reserves the right to deny refunds if products are not returned in their original condition.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

a. Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kona Dog Food is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. 

b. Storage: Customers must follow proper storage guidelines for raw dog food to maintain product integrity.

5. Liability:

a. Health Disclaimer: Kona Dog Food is not liable for any health issues or adverse reactions resulting from the consumption of our raw dog food products. 

b. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify Kona Dog Food against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

7. Modification of Terms:Kona Dog Food reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 

By placing an order with Kona Dog Food, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
